Can't make your Christmas Lights cruise? Tell us here and we'll take the seats back and try to resell them.

This is a request, not a cancellation. Your tickets stay valid until we email you to confirm. Please don't assume it's done, and don't send it if you might still make it.

Before you send this

  • Once these tickets are cancelled you won't be able to board on the night.
  • With at least 14 days' notice, you'll be offered a voucher for a day cruise to the value of your tickets, valid 12 months.
  • With less than 14 days' notice, the tickets are forfeited.
