- If you are able to do so please leave prams in the car, they are bulky and we have very limited storage
Purchasing tickets
Tickets can be purchased online via our website.
In person at the Mandurah visitor centre bookings close 20 minutes before cruise departure.
Or at the boat prior to departure upon availability. Tickets may sell out so if you are set on a specific time, it may be worthwhile pre purchasing. We accept both cash & eftpos at the jetty.
The boat will be at the jetty 15 minutes before the next cruise commences.
Any changes to your booking cruise departure dates or times need to be in writing and emailed to [email protected]
Departure Dates & Times
Available Monday - Friday outside of Western Australian school holidays.
Boarding is at 11:45am for a 12pm jetty departure.
Not available over winter (June/July/August) and over the school holidays or Public holidays this is a off peak special cruise.
Find Us
We are located at the jetty out the front of The Bay Cafe on the Eastern Foreshore, Opposite 9 Mandurah Terrace. Between the Kwillena Gabi estuary pool and the traffic bridge.
Boarding for your cruise commences 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please allow yourself time for parking and walking to the jetty, if you miss your cruise tickets will be forfeited. We will not inconvenience other passengers by waiting for late arrivals.
Accidents and traffic on the freeway and a general shortage of parking on the foreshore are common every weekend, it's your responsibility to manage your time and arrive at our jetty 15 minutes to departure.
Missed the cruise?
If you miss the cruise we've held the seats for you and lost the opportunity to resell your tickets which have now been forfeited. You can email us and we will consider availability to let you go on a future cruise however please be aware that's unlikely to be the next cruise and on busy weekends will need to be on a future date.
