Do you accept companion cards?
No we do not accept the companion card. If you're working with a registered organisation or school please get in contact and we can discuss options for a discounted rate.
Do you accept pension/disability cards?
No, not at this time.
How often does the boat run?
We depart on the hour every hour starting at 10am and the last cruise departing at 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes as long as the boat is not full. We accept cash or EFTPOS at the jetty. If you want to guarantee your spot, please book online.
How do we use the Entertainment Book?
The Entertainment Book can only be used for The Pirate Cruise and needs to be redeemed by a member of our staff. Please head down to the jetty 15 minutes prior to departure to buy your tickets. The maximum discount is $20.
Do you have a toilet aboard?
Yes we have 1 toilet.
What happens with my pram or stroller?
You can fold them up and take them aboard.
