Do I need to show my covid vaccination certificate?
No we do not currently require passengers to show proof of double vaccination.
Do you have Christmas Lights Availability?
All of our availability is listed on the cruise page and we have no other seats available. If there is only 1 seat available, we are unable to let anymore on as this is a legal passenger capacity.
Do you accept companion cards?
No, but we do follow the intention of the companion card. Please see our carer booking form for more information.
Do you accept pension/disability cards?
No, not at this time.
How often does the boat run?
Open 7 days over all Western Australian school holiday
Thursday-Sunday from October school holidays to the start of April school holidays.
Weekends only weather dependant from End of April school holidays to the start of September school holidays.
We depart on the hour every hour starting at 10am and the last cruise departing at 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes as long as the boat is not full. We accept cash or EFTPOS at the jetty. If you want to guarantee your spot, please book online.
Do you have a toilet aboard?
Yes we have 1 toilet.
What happens with my pram or stroller?
You can fold them up and take them aboard.
