How to find us

We're at the jetty out the front of The Bay Cafe on the Eastern Foreshore, opposite 9 Mandurah Terrace, between the Kwillena Gabi estuary pool and the traffic bridge.

Boarding starts 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please allow time to park and walk down: if you miss the cruise, tickets are forfeited.

Parking on the foreshore is in short supply most weekends, and traffic on the freeway can add to the trip, so it's worth leaving a bit earlier than you think you need to.

Send us a message

Booking changes need to be in writing, so this is the quickest way to reach us.

If you already have a booking and are asking about changes, quoting it saves a round trip.

Before you write in

These come up most often.

  • How often does the boat run?

Please see our schedule for up to date availability.

  • Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes as long as the boat is not full. We accept cash or EFTPOS at the jetty. If you want to guarantee your spot, please book online.

  • Is the vessel wheelchair accessible?

Not in the sense of wheeling a chair aboard. You step over the lip of the deck and then down a few steps to the seating, so you'll need to manage that on foot, with help from whoever you're travelling with if you need it. Once you're seated we can fold the chair and stow it for the cruise, the same as we do with walkers and prams.

  • Do you have a toilet aboard?

    Yes we have 1 toilet.

  • Do you have life jackets aboard?

Yes we have life jackets for all passengers including children.
