Do you have Christmas Lights Availability?

We are mostly sold out but you can join our waitlist or all of our availability is listed on the cruise page and we have no other seats available. If there is only 1 seat available, we are unable to let anymore on as this is a legal passenger capacity.

Do you accept companion cards?

No, we do not accept the companion card. If you are an adult and need assistance on one of our cruises, once you've booked please fill out the carer booking form.

Can I bring my dog?

Assistant dogs are allowed please leave a note when booking. Please ensure you have proof of the dog being an assistance dog.

Do you accept pension/disability cards?

No, not at this time.

How often does the boat run?

We depart on the hour every hour starting at 10am and the last cruise departing at 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. During Winter the first cruise departs at 11am.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes as long as the boat is not full. We accept cash or EFTPOS at the jetty. If you want to guarantee your spot, please book online.

Do you have a toilet aboard?

Yes we have 1 toilet.

What happens with my pram or stroller?

You can fold them up and take them aboard.

Is the vessel wheelchair accessible?

No. Unfortunately the vessel is not big enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

How do I hire the entire boat?

Do you have life jackets aboard?

Yes we have life jackets for all passengers including children.
